Hotelist is a hospitality property management system (PMS) designed to aid hotels with organizing and automating their daily operations and reservations. With a base system including features such as a reception dashboard, reservations management and calendar, guest CRM, statistical analytics, and room management, Hotelist provides a scalable all-in-one hotel management solution along with optional add-ons including a website builder, invoicing, housekeeping management, and more.

In order to aid with gathering and managing reservations, Hotelist allows users to embed an online booking engine into their business website to allow customers to view availability and pricing, and make bookings directly from the webpage. From the backend system, Hotelist facilitates the management of bookings in real time with a booking calendar view, room assignment, manual booking entry, price management, discount management, and cross-channel synchronization. The Hotelist channel manager function provides users with the tools to manage multiple online channels including third party travel agencies such as Expedia, AirBnB,, and more, with data such as availability and pricing automatically updated across platforms when changes are made within Hotelist.

To facilitate guest management, Hotelist includes an in-built CRM system to view guest details, booking history, invoices, payment information, comments, preferences, and more, in order to provide a personalized experience. Guests are also able to add or edit their own details to the Hotelist system during check-in using the self service front desk check-in spot feature, and data is updated in real-time throughout the Hotelist system. Marketing material can be scheduled and sent to clients past and present with marketing features including personalized messages, customizable email templates, event triggered emails, newsletter management, promotional material, customer segmentation, and more.

We use hotelist on two properties, One is basic accommodation with no services and the second a 4* hotel with fully operational F&B department Hotelist is bridged with our channel manager effectively removing data entry from our daily routine. The development teams listens and performs constant tweeks and updates. In addition to the above the PMS also offers integration with a POS app which allows us to automatically synchronize charges from the F&B departments to the guest rooms. The only area with room for improvement is the variety of exportable reports and to be completely honest it is a very small tradeoff for a constantly evolving ,purely cloud-based PMS.Fast, stable, user-friendly and quite feature-rich without feeling bloated and complicated. We actually needed no training even on the first day of opeation since the team has compiled a very comprehensive manual. The housekeeping app has saved us the usual phone calls in order to verify the room status with the housekeepers. The android app can also be a life-saver on those not-so-rare occasions that someone needed availability immediately while I had no access to my laptop.
