Pros

The auto messaging and algorithms with the message system is very useful. The reporting abilities are also great and make for an easy and quick rundown of all the data i need.
Product easy to set-up and allow a free version for less than 4 airbnb places which is nice while growing. Can be connected to TheKey and allow template for messaging.
Nothing gives me more joy than writing good review about good product that I tried. First of all iGMS is so easy to use and it gives You full control on Your accounts.

Pros

In special I would like to mention they have a great support department which will help you in any way possible.
We love that the guesty professionals help us at night answering our clients needs. The platform is easy to use and we have been extremely happy with it.
Working with them has been great - they are collaborative, constantly improving their product, and have provided us with great customer service.

Cons

I did all corrections that were showing errors upon launch.
Currently no option to link to our own website but this is under development apparently.
The messaging was a bit delayed, so if i got a message on Airbnb, it would take a while for me to see it/ get notified on their website or on the app.

Cons

The onboarding is even worse than the software. All of that said, the leadership is the root to the problem.
Honestly, worst software and worst customer service experience of my life, and I used to have AT&T. I would strongly advise people to run for the hills.
Really it is a joke of a company and if you know anything about software you will see how weak it is and how it provides no where close to the value it charges you for.

I haven't started using it yet. This is my experience from the set up

Pros

Price Ease Simplicity Options - multiple accounts, cleaners calendar, auto messages. demo for getting set up

Cons

- Not enough control over how to set up an auto message. Guesty allows you to set up an automessaged based on a booking (ex. If is a guest is only staying for one night, they get a specific message compared to someone who booked 2 months in advance) - Need templates or advice on how to set things up. Guesty had templates of how to set everything up and it made my life a 1000 times easier because I didn't have to figure it out myself. The preset ones you guys have isn't very useful in comparison. - I was told you guys had VRBO integration that worked the same as Airbnb, however, that wasn't true.
