Recranet is a Dutch-language online booking system for holiday parks, hotels, B&B's, campsites, and rental organizations with full backend office capabilities. It integrates seamlessly into existing websites, allowing guests to search, book, and pay for vacation rentals. It has offers functionality for managing bookings and provides real-time insight into the status of bookings.

With the automatic tasks option, recurring orders are created automatically, for example for maintenance, or manually for a repair. The cleaning crew automatically receives an order when a guest checks out and staff can report the work as completed via the app on a smartphone or tablet, so that the room or holiday home is immediately available again.

Guests have their own online portal where they can adjust the booking themselves in order to change arrival and departure times or arrange payments. The back office receives a message about the adjustment and can check whether everything is still going according to plan.

A channel manager synchronizes all reservations with connected tour operators and booking websites, such as Airbnb and Booking.com. New reservations, cancellations and other changes are automatically processed by the channel manager for all connected channels. This prevents overbooking and other unwanted situations at the counter.

Using the IoT, meter readings of gas, light, and water can be registered directly in the system. Connections with payment and pin systems, as well as barriers for access control via license plate recognition, are also possible.
