after the software was set there was issue in the calendar on airbnb, my properties were closed for whole month in high season, and there whole company were busy celebrating there vacations, also they did not refund our training fees AED1700 as they claim to give us training and software full of errors.

The program itself hangs constantly and as you need to work on it 12 hours a day its very frustrating and all the while you are paying through the nose. When you ask for compensation for your loaded work schedule becasue the program that's supposed to make life easier doesn't they are extremely rude and defensive.

I do think the system is glitchy though as I often have to refresh my page because it seems to have an unstable interface and doesn't show things on the screen correctly.   But one thing I do like is that that you can work from anywhere and I love being able to help guests from home on my own computer.

As with any product, each new version has its learning curve but in the case of RMS the learning curve is quite gradual as the product works so well, and if you know what its supposed to do, it just makes sense.   And, if you need to, their Support Team is simply amazing!

Overall I enjoy the system because of the extra features. How much you can edit the sales and product listings.

In RMS you are able to select many different detailed fields that need to be filled out for reservations which is very helpful with guest check in and guest check out.

After introducing of the demo was promised -system have a great use on the computer and mobile version is responding perfectly(which was the most important to me) -

Improve Email and message from OTA connectivity so that user use all in one.

My issues with the software are the upgrades that change 'it's our way or no way' rather than an option, ie the guest screen had options that we found very useful when taking a booking are now behind an icon

It has also given us the tools we need to expand our reception management staff, making handovers, invoicing and communication much easier.

It takes a while to learn but the system really has options for every application.

Maintenance management, texting, interactive documents, online booking, meter reading and more.

The time taken to find a phone number so we could speak to the help line.

Nothing to like, the promises are fake, they will take the money from you and sent you to very unprofessional people.

Still learning setup and operation - this business is new to RMS and challenging to me and RMS.

There are some complicated intricacies in setting up the software.   If you do not categorize things properly then the reports issued are not correct.

Minimum deposit of 0.01 cent required to save a credit card on a online booking through rms booking page.

Not sure if possible but it would be great if the country of operation was prioritised first.

Anyway keep going till [sensitive content hidden] fixed some and again very pation 3 to 4 days to be done.

Now having used the software for for 18mths there are what I would expect basic functions to run a motel that are just not there/can't be done.

All RMS local and international staff have been very supportive and understanding of my needs.  

Each support team has a different way of setting things up...once you get used to the one way and you call in for a similar issue, the next person takes the long way around to solving the problem

Many issues have been resolved over the past couple of months.  

Building rates using Rate Manager can be challenging if you don’t use it frequently.

The interactive map is difficult to find from a mobile device.

The program does all that I would want it to, and in particular the personal over-the-phone customer service is excellent

We were unable to transfer data from the previous PMS we used into RMS so it took a lot of time for us to enter everything into the new system.

The RMS team seek feedback and listen to customer suggestions about improvements and new functions.

Sometimes the training part where you ask questions is hard to find what you are looking for.

Also very friendly and effective with answering my questions/helping to solve my issues.

The fact it does not interface with companies such as Stayz yet after all this time.

Ability to back date a receipt to the date it was receipted would be handy, though I understand why this functionality isn't available

Support is first rate - they can be relied upon to resolve issues quickly.

Unable to edit invoices in the software - have to download as word document and manually edit.

The customer support is the best, it is the one reason I have not switched to another provider.

Integration - easy to use- everything is on one screen for the guest information

Integration was tricky but we ironed out the issues over time.
