Sometimes hard to see if changes have affected something you might not have wanted to. That you have to add a set rate for an extra person, instead of a percentage. That you have to put a default rate and this is sometimes live without my knowledge eg, if I haven't allocated rates past a certain date on our PMS, I wouldn't realise until someone makes a reservation.

They have excellent customer service, their training is very well organized and helps you feel confident adding new channels to distribution before you are on your own, and their troubleshooting process is so much easier than what we have worked with in the past.
