It seems like you have to email HR additional information that could possible be uploaded into Bamboo HR when you first on-board. Why should I send forms via the internet if I have an online HR system?

So many manual HR administrative tasks can be automated that HR professionals gain work hours.

Some customizations are still not available for PTO tracking. So, we cannot fully automate that task. Also, the ability to intervene in the process for requesting signatures/approvals can create confusion.

Bamboo HR has a great minimal design and is easy to use and to navigate. I appreciate the added personality in notifications emails, like when a paycheck comes through for example. I also like the design of the payment page to promote privacy.

I never had any problems working with Bamboo HR.

Bamboo HR has all the right features that an HR software should have. The interface is clean and can be customizable depending on the HR needs of the company.

The software itself is not that intuitive to use. There are things that could be fixed and changed to make it easy for users. Even though it has all the features it should have, some of them are not easy to find.

Bamboo HR really simplifies the onboarding process, which I really appreciate.

This is a very modern platform compared to other systems I've used. Every feature is one click away with the amazing interface, to track time or to submit an expense or submit a leave is super fast. No training needed.

Not flexible enough for some business HR process, and we had to change some of our internal HR process to be able to fully use this platform.

1) It is so easy to use, I joined a new company that uses it and I literally needed no training! 2) It has a very nice user interface, feels like one of my social media pages 3) It's super convenient for HR staff who don't have to manually key in all new employee data, the employees get to do it themselves 4) It cut down the cost of paper by 98% in our HR Department.

I really honestly cannot think of one bad thing about BambooHR. Coming from a manual HR system, this is the best thing that ever happened to our HR department.

Learning curve for advanced features While the basics of BambooHR are easy to learn, mastering some of the more advanced features like customizing workflows and reports can take time.

BambooHR is a very useful tool for not only your HR needs but for hiring process as well. They provide resources to allow you to post one job posting that post to many different sites.

Had a little bit of an issue with vacation hours of employees not tallying correctly. They have since corrected it.

We're using BambooHr at our firm as well, it's easy to request days off, work from home and to manage all of your details.

One thing that I personally don't like it's that our salary is exposed so if someone it's near me, they can see how much I make, but that's not a deal-breaker.

If you’re an HR Professional or the Head of the HR Department, this tool will be very helpful because of its HR-focused features such as Applicant Tracking and Training Onboarding. No more blindly guessing who’s the best candidate or the status of Applicants’ application, also no more missing documents that cause so much trouble for hiring. Bamboo HR solves so many problems for the HR Department.

Because of its robust features, it will take time for each employee on the HR Department to fully utilize the features. It has a learning curve but it’s always great to learn this powerful software.

I like the way that Bamboo HR allows applicants to edit their applications and we can be certain that our applications were received.

I wish that there were more options when using Bamboo HR.

Awesome. I love the ability to see the hierarchy of my organization and I love that it requires everyone to add a photo. Super helpful for putting a picture to the name.

Bamboo HR has great HR features for a team. The ease of use for employees is exceptional. The overall program is easy to navigate and provides one central location for all important documents and policies for staff as well as time tracking.

I wish the payroll aspect of Bamboo was a little more user friendly and easier to implement within the software program.

A very intuitive platform that was easy to adopt and employees had very little friction during the rollout. Excellent feature set including candidate tracking, leave request tracking, entitlements and organisation hierarchy\search capabilities. As a global organisation, the flexibility of the platform to meet our geographically specific requirements made the planning and implementation a simple process

No issues I can report from our deployment of Bamboo HR

Really clean and intuitive UI. From the employee side, it's straightforward and easy to use. From the administrator side, it's easy to manage.

Honestly, we are less than a year into our implementation, but I'm yet to run into a major negative within Bamboo.

Bamboo HR is a simple software program, yet gets everything done that we need for HR and time off tracking.

The only thing I could think of that would be more helpful is to maybe send the email on the day of when it's an employee's birthday, rather than a few days before.
