Centralized place to give HR what they need from me, and get from HR what I need from them. Requesting time off is really easy. I love that all HR needs are in one place with Rippling.

Overall great! We had a few hiccups at the start but once worked out, it's been smooth sailing.
Integration of HR, IT, Finance systems.
Their self-serve model can sometimes be frustrating but almost always find my answer.

Great experience with a great team.
While the product is stellar and super functional, I love the fact that if I ever need help with anything, there is an abundance of highly skilled personnel on hand to help me with everything. They are so detail oriented, and everything works flawlessly. 10/10!

We needed to find an alternative to our PEO, so I was searching for a HRIS to go with our new benefits. Rippling was one of a handful of providers I reviewed. They checked all the boxes of a HRIS and clearly were heavily investing in their product. Their ability to support IT administration was something I wasn't looking for, but put them over the top. We were able to get better functionality and consolidate from three HR and IT vendors to one. Onboarding was as quick and seamless as I could have expected considering the amount of work required. Ongoing support is responsive and helpful. So far, we are very pleased with the decision to go with Rippling.

Wonderful. Not painful like other HR software.
Super easy to use and get all your HR things set up. Added a new direct deposit and it was set up easily. All my work apps are easy to access and log into.
I think a more robust organization chart would be helpful.

I don't manage our account, our Finance/HR person does. But from POV, it's the best software I've used for Finance/HR stuff.
Easy to use, and takes me minutes to get through everything.
Haven't had an issue yet. Mostly because I don't delegate how the platform is used, we have someone who does that. I just sign stuff haha

Onboarding/Offboarding and storage of HR documents
The software is incredibly easy to use and intuitive for most people. It helps cut down time on payroll processing and even engages employees to other employees with pictures and fun information about each other that could be shared. The HR management system is a game-changer.
The only con is you pay per employee so it can be a little more expensive than other payroll systems.

I finished quickly and it stays out of the way.
I was able to start working incredibly fast after signing my offer letter with my employer.
The HR and Benefits sections in the process of signing was hard to use.

The features they have are more than enough for any HR operation.We use it daily for all kind of HR activity from Onboarding to exit formalities.
Some times there will be error in punch in time of employees, we don't know whether it a fault in access machine or software .
