The HIPAA compliant suite of solutions comprises CS Enterprise, CS Virtual Office, and CS Revenue Cycle Management to meet the varying needs of dental practices and provide features such as scheduling, telehealth, billing, and more. The all-in-one platform provides the tools to help multi-site dental enterprises to enhance efficiency, automate tasks, and ensure patient safety.

CloudStack’s CS Enterprise platform offers patient scheduling and a smart calendar tool to allow both dentists and patients to schedule appointments or follow-ups. Other features of the platform include patient curbside check-in, eligibility verification, patient charting, x-ray storage, prescriptions management, and patient communications via two-way text messaging.

The CS Virtual Office solution facilitates telemedicine and patient payment processing through tools including online appointment scheduling, teleconsultations, and payment collections via SMS.

The CloudStack CS Revenue Cycle Management solution provides tools for end-to-end revenue and cash flow management. It offers features including fee schedules, insurance eligibility verification, insurance claim submittals, and daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
