The best part has to be the support, the staff at Abeldent are always ready and willing to help in a timely manner and are very knowledgeable and kind.
The only downside I feel is that when printing the primary and secondary insurance you have to go in and do it separately instead of before you can click both to print at the same time.
Outstanding customer service, very curteous and helpful anytime you call. An amazing product that makes our life soo much easier even during the busiest days at the office.
After sending the claims to insurance , sometimes the amount is sitting under the patient balance not under the insurance. Sometimes sitting wrong amount under insurance or patient balance.
The automated messages by email and text are a huge time saver for the admin staff to confirm upcoming appointments and an amazing way to communicate with patients quickly and effectively.
Billing / financial section tends to be a bit difficult to use.
The ease of administering and the knowledge of the support staff is by far the best experience when comparing other practice management software.
Although it's a rarity, I can't drag an appointment onto reservered time e.g lunch time. I can 'add' an appointment onto reserved time, but would like to just drag and drop it.
Love that it is user friendly, the portal allows me to have time for other duties.
I firmly believe that the training for this product was what allowed us to be able to able to take advantage of all the great feature this program has to offer.

Our overall experience with iDentalSoft has been amazing. Great software and great support team.
I've actually used a number of different softwares in the past & this has been by far the worst. We ended up switching to Dentrix Ascend - which was more expensive.
Mellenial patients are even noticing and complimenting. Wow your office is pretty technologically advanced." I love Identalsoft.
Migration one month later is still not up and communication is just horrible yet takes our payment up front or when due on time. Its been more of a headache than help.
Wonderful experience and [sensitive content hidden. Is wonderful with customer service.
I am trying hard to find other faults and I could not come up with anything else at this time.
We love this software because it does exactly what we were looking for. It's easy to navigate and therefore easy to train our new staff.

Helps me understand my practice and has many growth features which are practically useful. It's new feature of its integration with WHATS APP is amazing.
Only problem I encountered in BestoSys. Other all problems they have either solved or are under consideration.
Good They are better than other lot and they are improvising in the issues and resolving issues which doctors face.

I love how powerful it is, the more information you put into it, the more you are able to get out of it.
I print out a patient ledger or walkout from the date of payment and the codes can't not be found. It is both frustrating and us and the Patient.
I love this software so much and love all the education features they have for the practice and employees to learn this software.
No photos or html in the current Dentrix system. Also no way for patients to unsubscribe from emails -- which they complain about a lot.
Easy to use for all staff and helpful in easy access to patient information and very good scheduling templates.
I find myself having to put together spreadsheets to explain things. I also am disappointed that we can no longer change who a payment is applied to after we have closed the month.

Very proud to be a Curve user and tell colleagues to try it. Best functions include; Custom Forms, Easy Treatment Planning, Transitions from back to the front office, Customer Support is AMAZING.
This is unacceptable and I cannot believe the service I received. This is a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Ease of use, ease of set up, ease of access, ease of communication with support & its visually aesthetic when i show my patients things on the screen.
We did get frustrated with the treatment planning tabs. Billing/accounting side was a nightmare having to open multiple windows all the time.
I like how easy it is to chart (2 steps), convenient for patients to access paper work prior to coming to office, and it is nice how it can be accessed remotely (not just in the office).
It was difficult to confirm that we had placed patients on the proper recare.
Curve Dental has been great for our dental practice. We enjoy not having an expensive server and all the IT costs that go along with it.
Sometimes the program can feel laggy, and it's difficult to know if it's due to internet connection vs the website itself. This can also occur more frequently when loading x rays.
Great software, will continue to use for all existing and new practices and will recommend to colleagues as well.
Gendex x-ray imaging integration is quite good, allowing for direct import of images without a bridge. Curve's customer service is truly the best that I have seen with any software company ever.

I like the ease of use from one member to another staff. The appointments, the check out process is quick for the front desk, the integrations flow is quick and easy.
It is clean, easy to use, functional and it actually makes sense. Very helpful in day to day dental office operations, simple interface with everything you need right in front of you.
I love it for the front office and scheduling ease.
Not having a server and being able to access my schedule from anywhere at anytime has been a game changer for us. We absolutely love everything about it.

I like the ease of use from one member to another staff. The appointments, the check out process is quick for the front desk, the integrations flow is quick and easy.
It is clean, easy to use, functional and it actually makes sense. Very helpful in day to day dental office operations, simple interface with everything you need right in front of you.
I love it for the front office and scheduling ease.
Not having a server and being able to access my schedule from anywhere at anytime has been a game changer for us. We absolutely love everything about it.
Very user friendly, good price, customer service.
The training modules are good. More videos would be helpful for the community, less text.
The system is so easy to use that it requires very little training for new employees.

I have been very pleased over the years with Denticon's features and services. It is easy to use and cost effective at the same time.
Patients were charged twice in one month and neither company as willing to help smooth it out. I lost patients because of this problem.
Their software is efficient and is backed-up by wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly support team. They integrate with companies who also gives great service like them.
We have had many difficulties with linking third party software's to it. Even software that is made to work with Denticon has problems.
Easy to use; great customer support; great learning tools; quick response to trouble tickets. Their EHR reporting tools are awesome.
It’s too bad that early adopters aren’t grandfathered in to a fixed price. This would also encourage dentists to stay with you, because if they left, they would lose their price.
I love the cloud based access, ease of viewing records, schedules, reports, etc., from any device, including my phone. Excellent training videos for new users.
This program is imperfect but meets our needs.
We target a certain daily weekly and monthly production and it helps so much to know our numbers so we know what to market to referring offices, and where we can improve.
Customer service is excellent. Denticon as a whole is improving constantly.
I love this software, it is easy to navigate even with zero knowledge of the product.
Overall experience with Denticon have been mostly positive. They are continually adding new features to aid in ease of use.

The software is user friendly and I love being able to request features to be added. Also, if I run into an issue, tech support is extremely helpful and eager to resolve the problem.
This software does a poor job keeping track of overdue balances. This is something EASY to fix with automatic finance charges if patients do not pay.
What I like most about Dentrix Ascend is that it is easy to use, web based so I can access the program anytime. They have a very good resource and support center to answer any questions I have.
The accounting portion was terribly difficult to navigate. Not at ALL user friendly.
The software is good and I like the product. It’s everything else that goes with it.
On the schedule if you accidentally click a random time slot it jumps to make an appointment. It just seems sensitive to clicking.
I love that we can login with ease from anywhere, it allows us to look at charts and complete tasks from any location.
There are a ton of missing functions that impact us daily.
Far better than DOX, it’s modern, easy to use and understand and user friendly. Rays are also so easy to take and transfer or make adjustments.
Switching primary and secondary insurance is very difficult and time consuming.
It is very detailed and helps keep track of the important highlights.
For the cost and the ability to use my laptop and PC at home I would recommend it to anybody in the medical or dental profession.
It was easy to learn how to use and not having any prior training on it I liked the software.
The cloud based platform makes for a great integration between multiple locations. The interface is practical and laid out well (once your are adjusted to it).
One of the most intuitive user interfaces of any dental software that I have seen. Great functionality and reporting tools.
