CertiPay Online is a cloud-based payroll software designed to help small businesses set up payment schedules, approve paid time off (PTO) requests, and streamline employee self-service processes. The platform secures data using 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates and supports contractors or 1099 employees, and accessibility on mobile devices including tablets.
Using CertiPay Online's self-service application, employees can view pay stubs and manage onboarding by adding personal or demographic information, withholding details, and other required information. Administrators can generate reports to gain insights into employees’ benefits, wages, deductions, retirement contributions, demographics, and other metrics and download them in various file formats.
CertiPay Online lets managers access tax documents, receive notifications about staff members' PTO requests via email, and edit existing payroll schedules according to organization's requirements.
