Exceptional with customer service experience and overall productivity.
Easy user friendly and efficient on all levels from operational management to cleaning team members.

It is a means of evaluating the cleaning of our contracted cleaners. This is its only real function. By default, i guess this makes it my favourite feature.
The inability to transfer records from a smartphone to a desktop, as this is a requirement for our QA.
