ComplyFlow is AI-powered contractor management software, built in Australia. It runs as a web application with free native iOS and Android apps, for organisations that engage contractors and put workers onto sites.

Functions: company prequalification, worker licences and inductions, site access and sign-in, permits, inspections, incidents, plant, and risk, all reading and writing the same records. A status set at prequalification is the status the site gate reads, and a lapsed document shows before work starts. Where a client configures it, status blocks access or permits.

Configuration: clients build their own requirement sets, workflows, and approval routes, so the software follows the procedures the organisation already runs. Chasing and expiry tracking are automated.

Integrations: 12 native connectors, including Microsoft and Okta sign-on and Power BI reporting; an open REST API with JWT sign-in, separate test and production environments, and a documented endpoint per module; and an MCP server for AI assistants. ERP, facilities, and work-order systems remain the systems of record.

Mobile: ComplyFlow Live Access signs workers in and out of sites and gives supervisors the live list. ComplyFlow Inspection runs inspection templates on the device, offline if need be, and syncs findings and actions when the device is back online. Both apps are free on the App Store and Google Play.

AI review: documents, prequalification responses, and safe work method statements are graded against criteria the client defines, with a grade and the reasons recorded for each requirement. Clients build the review agents themselves, without code, by choosing the form type, the questions, and the criteria. A person makes every decision; nothing changes without one. AI also drafts inspection checklists and inductions from material the organisation already holds.

AI assistants: the MCP server lets AI assistants answer questions from the live record, inside ComplyFlow or through ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot. Access is read-only if the client wants it to be.

Contractor licence: a contractor holds one licence that is recognised by every client on ComplyFlow, so company details and documents are entered once.

Security and assurance: ISO/IEC 27001 certified since 2019. Audit trail and sign-in records are available on demand.
