Great step forward in fact based way of working

The biggest advantage is that you and your discussion partner have easy access to the basic information for answering relevant HR questions. While you are in conversation, you retrieve the information. You look at the same thing together. A conversation arises about the content. The simplicity of use makes it easy to answer follow-up questions during the conversation. In addition, while you used to be the person who provided information, users now look into Crunchr themselves and comes up with targeted questions to delve further into the data together. Doing this together brings business, HR and Finance closer together and makes fact-based working easier.

- Easy to use, a lot of information available quickly, look back in time. - Easy implementation - Great visualisations

Cons

In the module Internal Mobility not possible to get an easy overview of all the employees and their internal moves
