What is gradar?

gradar is an accessible, affordable software designed to empower HR departments and provide a simple, transparent approach for the analysis and evaluation of jobs and analysing your gender pay gap.

Whether you’re a family company or a multinational organisation, our simple, transparent application makes the analysis and evaluation of jobs easier than ever - appropriately preparing your business for the challenges ahead.

We partner with independent compensation consultants to implement our non-proprietary approach - focusing chiefly on a job’s requirements. The system is compatible with existing labor agreements and compensation surveys - and supports custom organizational structures. It enables the evaluation of jobs within three separate career paths:

<li> Project Management

Users simply select a career path, assign one of more than 100 built-in job families and select the relevant evaluation factor levels to determine job requirements.

Each career path contains common evaluation factors - such as professional knowledge and communication abilities - and path-specific factors. Our system uses these selections to calculate a job grade from 25 possible options, before combining evaluation results with a global job family and translating the information into job codes from multiple compensation surveys.

Users can access both global reward surveys and local salary benchmark studies. Benchmark jobs which are likely to be a good fit to the evaluated position are suggested automatically. It’s that simple!

With gradar, working conditions can be analyzed in terms of both environmental conditions and psychological or physical stress through a customizable modular procedure. We offer an internationally-comparable, organization-wide job evaluation process.

We work with companies of all sizes, from SMEs with 150 staff to large corporates with more than 300k employees. And we offer a range of packages so you can find the right solution for your business.
