Performance review forms cannot be modified without losing data already entered against the form, so a new form needs to be created each time a small change is needed.

I like the ease of having performance reviews, recruitment, onboarding and leave management all in one place.

If there's any drawback, it would be the learning curve associated with setting up some of the more complex workflows.

This ease of use has significantly reduced the learning curve, allowing us to swiftly implement the software without disrupting our daily operations.

It was fast to load, and they applied without technical difficulties.

We have explored other options and returned to HR Partner and decided to integrate HR Partner as a key platform for HR.

Their documentation is very comprehensive and easy to follow that helps a lot with the training and information sessions that we did.

One of the key features we've come to rely on is the employee self-service portal.
