Managers can create daily, weekly, and monthly meal plans, configure food combination rules, edit menu templates, and export food lists in XLSX format. Using KidKare’s self-service portal, parents can access a child’s class schedules, make fee payments via credit or debit cards, and filter invoices by name or date range from the database.
KidKare lets sponsors track attendance, meal counts, and food expenses to facilitate CACFP reimbursement. Administrators can grant access permissions to specific staff members and create vendor records with details including name, address, or contact number.
