What is myHR?

MyHR is a cloud-based human resource management software designed to help small to midsize businesses streamline employee onboarding, reporting, payroll, and other operations via a unified portal. The platform lets organizations create multiple user groups for employees, supervisors, and management to ensure secure access to various resources through role-based permissions.

myHR includes document management functionality, which allows administrators to define and track the approval process, automate data transfer to the HR database, view document status, and maintain historical records for reference. Its recruitment management module allows enterprises to search candidates by position, salary range, education, address, or age, respond to applicants, monitor and approve manpower requests, and send interview schedules via email.

The payroll management feature in myHR lets administrators calculate vacation pay, bonuses, and service charges, manage deductions, reconcile payments, and submit taxation and other financial reports to the revenue department. Managers can also generate and export custom reports to gain insights into metrics related to increment, leaves, salaries, and more via graphs and analytics.
