It enables users to apply a variety of psychometric tests to select staff for their vacancies, including Cleaver, Terman, Kostick, and Wonderlic, as well as checking their compliance with NOM-035-STPS health and safety standards for psychosocial risk prevention.
The tool aims to save HR staff time in evaluating candidates by generating real-time reports with visual representations of their performance, ready to export to PDF format, download, and print. It helps verify the candidate's identity by comparing photographs submitted by them or their recruiters with still shots taken randomly throughout the tests, to avoid impersonation. The Psicometricas service package also comes with job posting on LinkedIn and recruitment sites, as well as courses and workshops.
