Shine is a cloud-based video interviewing platform that enables businesses to streamline applicant screening, shortlisting, recruiting, and more. Recruiters can set up interview questions for job roles and utilize white-labeling capabilities to promote brand value across customers.

Shine allows businesses to record video introductions to accompany job descriptions or contact forms as well as share links across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or email. Candidates can utilize the platform to schedule interviews, complete video interviews on multiple devices, review and rate responses, and add comments for hiring managers using a drag-and-drop interface.

The live interview tool allows hiring teams to record interviews for future reviews, improving team collaboration across the organization. Plus, the values-based recruitment module allows recruiters to analyze candidates based on business values, requirements, and organizational benchmarks.

Shine comes with a REST application programming interface (API), which allows businesses to integrate the solution with several third-party systems. Professionals can utilize the interview scheduler to create events such as video or telephone interviews and group assessments, bulk invite shortlisted candidates via email, and review time slots as necessary.
