Pretty easy to use and has a nice integration into Bullhorn. The preset questions are pretty good as well.
The process or logistics of setting up a position and questions is awkward. The workflow isn't intuitive and required learning of the vocabulary of the system.
The entire team has been great to work with and we would highly recommend this system to others. Our recruiting team is in heaven and this has proven to be a huge time saver for everyone.
Recent use of the e-mail invitations with fields have resulted in invitations being sent to applicants with the wrong position or campus identified.
I've been having great success with using it on LinkedIn within the messenger app as well to coordinate prospect calls.
No more, "I waited in line for an hour and was asked two questions...are you kidding me.

Having a dedicated support manager at Criteria has been clutch in helping me come up with the best assessments for what I'm hiring for--it's great to know I'm not alone.

I love the price, I love the product, I love the information. My executive team also really enjoys this product which is a huge win.
Sometimes it's hard to set up a new test battery when I don't need to do that for a while. I think I finally figured it out for next time though.
I love that I can search for a job title and it recommends test banks to use, which saves us time. It is intuitive to use, especially nice for hiring managers that aren't in it all the time.

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.
Google Workspace is a great productivity suite that always feels great to use. We use it every day, and have always been happy with it.
It seems that it has more potential if someone would have thought a bit more on usability. The worst part in Google products is the lack of support.
The integration of Google Meets was a good addition that responded to the evolving marketplace of remote visual meetings (and at least for now it's free, which is also a great bonus).
I love having everything in one spot and the pricing is really good for me too. I like that they offer a BA agreement option as well.
The best part is that it provides all the google tools like, docs, slides, sheets, meet, and many other in this one workspace. So, by this you can make your workspace more effective and productive.
Gsuite comes with a bunch of features that makes email user friendly, secure, and professional. It has great calendar, video conference, storage, and great synchronization with the smart phone.
There are great turnkey templates that are suitable for quizzes, courses, grading and reporting. Email infrastructure is great for using inside your organization.
Its awesome, customer service is ALWAYS super helpful and help you out very quickly with any issues and its also very easy to use.
G Suite is a very reliable, cost effective and easy to use product. I would recommend it to anyone and have recommended it to my friends.

There are companies that will spam you with requests. I ended up getting 50+ emails a day from a company and I really hated that.
My overall experience was amazing. I love Indeed it is a awesome website to find jobs on.
This outrageous action has harmed my company by delaying our hiring process, damaging our relationship with potential staff and making us look unprofessional to potential employees.
Indeed is a good online portal for candidates to search for jobs and recruiters to find the best talent available in the market.
That you cannot erase messages that have been sent that you can only archive these messages. That you can run into some fraudulent job offers on this site if your aware.
I like the ease of use, it is very simple to get used to and I like how easy it is to communicate with employers and employees.
That they don't make it easy to combine profiles without losing information. I have yet to do this because it was quite confusing when I looked up how to.
I love the customer support, the staff I work with are great and extremely helpful. I speak to a representative often to talk over analytics and how it is working for us.
I liked that Indeed is easy to navigate and filter so that you can better find the career opportunities that you are looking for.

This software is amazing and a lot cheaper than the leading competitor. Customer service is better and my APS automatically uploads everything to zip recruiter.
Sometimes the job listing on this tool were a little misleading. I went on various interviews using this tool and was disappointed with the companies.
Overall, ziprecruiter is super easy to use and user friendly. I love that they were able to offer me specific choices of what I companies that I wanted to work for.
Unfortunately, there were also a number of fake applications/accounts that we wind up wasting time with until we realize they aren't real.
I like the ability to have your applicants on hand at the click of a button. Having the most qualified applicants put directly on top of the list is awesome.
Not hearing pay from jobs you apply for either in denying or moving forward can be frustrating.

Best option for the price- I have looked all over and Paycor was by far the most affordable. I wanted as simple as possible and this was perfect.
Tracking and paying our Contractors/Consultants/1099NEC’s is still not working after several weeks and has cost us much money, stress, confusion, frustration and time.
Overall I think it is a great business solution and time saver. The information captured and stored is very helpful for reporting and I am able to instantly generate useful information.
Lack of customer service, lack of follow-through from support staff to set up system, missing major components of software, lack of response when requesting assistance.
I like having the ability to customize reports, this saves me a lot of time. I also like the ease of the software and the great customer service Paycor provides.
Our "senior" implementation specialist was awful and did not fully set our system up.

Terrible customer service. Emailed a time-sensitive document 4 times, called 3 times, and did not receive ANY communication for 2 months.

This is a great feature to get a good feel for the candidates personality and whether they will be a good culture fit. Another great feature is the integration with recruiters.
Lack of variety on the careers page that comes with the system, it is very restricted.
Super easy to use, organizes candidates very well, feels like Trello simplicity but provides tons of relevant and useful data tracking for recruiting with my other hiring team members.
It leads to awkward conversations or schedule adjustments that shouldn't arise and could've been avoided.
It is super user friendly and it is super comfortable to move the users between different status.
The automations are way more complicated than in other HR software. I realized I was having many more mistakes through breezy than with other software.
It's been a really great experience. The customer support team is pleasant to work with and it's been easy to onboard my team.
It tends to be a little buggy and we are forced to keep our entities on separate portals, which is VERY challenging. No option for default values on many sections that we need.

The inability to create a stop in the process for equity reviews is a challenge. What is the point of having a Person Profile and a Workflow Profile.
And the Chrome Extension making it easy to pick up phone numbers have all been great benefits. It's a seamless integration into the technology we're already using.
Confusing at first and intimidating. Sometimes lags to other databases.
You can virtually customize it to pull data, run reports on anything you want to measure/track. Their help desk is amazing in helping to set up custom reports or anything you need.
Can be very frustrating for people who do not use it all of the time.

It integrates with BambooHR perfectly. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is extremely helpful, responsive and overall incredible to do business with.
The only thing is that for us as a very small company (less than 10 employees), it's hard to pay an annual subscription for software that we are not using all the time.
On top of that, multiple candidates told us that the experience of recording the short answers was fun. An extra positive thing, their customer support was really helpful.
Entry level applicants seemed to be more intimidated by it.
Not only is the product great, but you also get amazing customer support - they genuinely care that you're maximally successful using the platform, which is the cherry on the cake.
There are no features I believe to be missing or needing to improve.

They are so good at what they do that you rarely need to take advantage of their support - but when you do, they are there for you, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
There is some functionality which is missing. I cannot delete a status which may have be attached to an application in error.
Also love the ease of pulling out quick reports , such as for EEOC. The time it has saved our HR dept. has been well worth the cost.
The only thing i dislike is the timeout policy. The site will timeout every 45 minutes even while in use for the security purpose.
I have had so much fun in my role as a recruiter and thanks to ApplicantPro I have been able to expand and grow as an individual and flesh out a career path that excites me.

Great user interface- excellent ease of use for managers that are NOT recruiters. Simplified application process available to candidates.
A bit confused about what we have and what would be an additonal cost/add on.
Clean and clear dashboard with all components easily accessible. Great flexibility to share between users.
The backend set up is a bit confusing and the Data does not reflect the same as the dashboard.
Great price, easy to implement, easy to use, great implementation and support team. You can add a sourcing tool which is better than those that you pay for with job boards.
Interview Scorecards were extremely confusing, hard to access/change/set-up quickly and not user friendly once they were set up.
Overall, for the price I think it's a great investment for a company but I would recommend taking advantage of as many features as possible to get the most bang for your buck.
I am sure this is for security, but it makes it confusing when text convos are on-going. A small price to pay for text function, but it's there.
I have loved being on calls to improve our use of Clear Company. Our contacts are always willing to research solutions and make our lives easier.

Some of our managers complained about not receiving the email scores for their candidates.
The integration was very easy and the representatives at eSkill were most effective on educating us on the best use of the system for our needs.
The results platform can be difficult to navigate at times.
The sales rep I first connected with did an excellent job, the platform and possibilities really speak for themselves and their customer success manager assigned to my account is helpful.
You can not purchase monthly or smaller test packages. I usually have to purchase more tests than I actually need - Would prefer a pay for test amounts needed package.

What is great about using Spark Hire is that it is so seamless and easy to use. You can jump in and review 15 candidates in less than 30 minutes and get a feel for how these people communicate.
The main negative I have with this is that it takes the personal interaction out of the initial interview process.
The support team is very responsive and helpful, and my account rep is fantastic.
The quality of the sound can get choppy at times which can be irritating if you’re in a middle of obtaining an answer from the applicant and she needs to repeat herself.
The video quality was very good, as is the candidate interface, and their customer service was attentive.
Sometimes does't work with flash player, especially on Macs. At times it is hard for candidates to submit their videos due to this issue.
I like that there are a variety of pricing levels with various features to best fit a user's needs.
Unsure if there were functionalities to include pre-recorded video interviews from hiring managers for candidates.

When we tried to cancel our plan, they still billed us for additional month saying we did not cancel.

This makes scoring somewhat opaque, and it is hard to judge if the tests are 100% aligned to the knowledge/skills you are looking to test for.

We have taken a solution off the peg and really made a heap of changes and customisations to it that now make it imperative to the success of our talent acquisition function.
It is a shame that we don't have the ability to set up and manage our users this end.
