Timebutler overview
What is Timebutler?
Timebutler is Dutch-built software for SMBs managing between 5 and 30 employees. It combines five core functions in a single product: time tracking, a digital time clock, employee scheduling, leave management, and absence management. A companion employee app gives team members access to their own schedule, hours, and leave balance.
Time registration works in two ways: a tablet at the entrance running the digital time clock, or the employee app on a personal phone. Breaks and overtime are calculated automatically based on the configured schedule. At the end of the period, hours can be exported to payroll in one click.
Timebutler has been available since 2015, is a Dutch product, and costs €3 per employee per month, with no setup fees. A free 30-day trial is available, no credit card required.
