The TimeLedger timesheet approval system ensures all reports and invoices are produced accurately and on time, while the TimeLedger expense approval system allows users to group expenses by project and include this information on invoices. Managers can review, track and approve all timesheet and expense information that has been submitted for approval. To help streamline the timesheet and expense management process, TimeLedger offers unlimited alerts and the ability to organize groups, teams and departments to different managers.

Further to approvals, TimeLedger includes comprehensive reporting tools which allow users to generate preset or ad hoc reports. Alongside reports, users can utilize snapshot graphs in order to analyze time and expense performance data. With the snapshot graphs, users have quick access to a clear overview of key metrics such as number of customers, projects, total revenue and budget overages.

TimeLedger aims to offer a flexible, scalable and customizable platform from which to manage and track employee time and expenses. Since TimeLedger is available on any Android, iOS or Windows phone as well as computer, users can manage time and expense entries directly from the office, at home or on the move. TimeLedger can also function offline, giving users the flexibility and confidence to continue working by knowing that all information will be automatically synced once the user is back online. To further enhance user flexibility, TimeLedger can operate in over 40 different languages including Chinese, Japanese, French and German.
