Pros

“The automation features have saved us a ton of time in our hiring process. and interviewing. And also candidate interviews can be scheduled by connecting our official email which most helpful which make work easier and we can keep proper track of each candidate.”

Soumya S.

Recruiter

“The ability to collect structured feedback and reviews from interviewers helps improve the quality of hiring decisions, and features like scheduling, templates, and customizable stages save a lot of time. While a few advanced features could be more flexible, Workable remains a reliable, efficient, and user‑friendly ATS that supports a modern recruiting workflow from start to finish.”

Eromal R.

Network Engineer

“From the very start, it's clear that Workable was designed with teams like ours in mind — intuitive, ease of implementation, feature‑rich, great candidate sourcing capabilities, and built to scale. If you’re looking for an applicant tracking system that helps you hire faster, collaborate effortlessly, and grow with confidence, Workable is a standout choice. And when you're supported by an account executive as thoughtful and proactive as [sensitive content hidden], it becomes a truly powerful recruitment partner.”

David N.

Head of Human Resources

Pros

“Their outreach automation allows recruiters to bypass standard professional boundaries, resulting in constant, unsolicited pestering on personal phone numbers and emails.”

Jimmy T.

Director

“The technical side and integrations with phone and email worked well, and adjustments could be made easily according to my needs.”

Thais C.

Founder Recruitment Director and Career Coach

“Loxo has completely transformed the way our team manages the recruiting process, and I can’t imagine going back to juggling multiple platforms.”

Jason C.

Recruiter

Cons

“The only problem i faced is that I am unable to upload bulk sheets or add bulk comments. Since we do the screening and add HRBP comments in comment section if there was a system to bulk upload HRBP comments this would be easy”

Ayesha K.

HR Generalist

“You have duplicate applicants for different roles, which is tricky they do attach them together in the corner so you have to remember to check. If you're searching passive candidates, you cannot add notes unless you add them to a live job, which makes no sense at all.”

Yvette S.

Talent Advidor

“It seems like it takes up a lot of RAM on the computer, though some of my colleagues don't report this issue so may be my computer but it doesn't do this with other sites/tabs. When typing, it almost freezes and takes a long time for the information to appear and so to limit mistakes, it is best to type on Notepad and then copy and paste it in later.”

James C.

Recruitment Advisor

Cons

“As a recipient, I have been bombarded with automated SMS and email sequences that feel like high-volume spam.”

Jimmy T.

Director

“If the candidate does not have contact info, the platforms AI will try to scrape for it and it’s usually incorrect or outdated.”

Jason C.

Recruiter

“The AI was not very good, Loxo source was often outdated and didn't replace LinkedIn recruiter, and the deal board setup made it hard to effectively manage your BD pipeline.”
