Zoho is a great solution for small/medium companies looking for basic ATS function. I've used larger ATS systems, and they were simply too cumbersome for my needs. All the features are great, but if you're not using them - what value are they really providing?
Easy to implement, easy to use

An ATS system that doesn't cost a lot
I love the price! as a 1 person company I want to keep costs down until I scale. Looks like Zoho Recruit has the ability to scale when I need it
I think the user interface could be easier (although I have the free version) and am interested in testing out the other versions to see if I can create a good candidate workflow.

Great ATS. I have recommended this to many friends.
The price!! I was able to get an extension on the trial so I had a free month free but the price is perfect for small business owners. This is super easy to use. I use it for candidate entry and it's a seamless process. There are other ATS software that have more options but Zoho offers plenty for what I use it for!!

Zoho Recruit is a helpful tool for tracking applicants during the hiring process, and for allowing multiple team members to be involved with clear tools for communication.
This ATS allowed me to track applicants easily through the entire hiring process.
In order to get my hiring pipeline setup the way I wanted, it took me a while to understand what could be edited and how to go about making those changes.

Zoho Recruit
Zoho is for small and medium size company, with good customer support facility.
It need more updation to compete in market with other ATS.
Zoho is good ATS, the customer support of zoho recruiting is very nice. this is very good ATS for small and medium size company to grow, as the zoho is giving very nice customer support with good features. The customization is also very nice with integrated well function.
The filters and features are very limited with Zoho, already very good ATS like jobdiva are available in market with so many features, it needs to update the filters and features.

I am using the ATS functionality of Zoho to track and pipeline potential candidates.
I like the clean interface and ease of use of Zoho's ATS, along with the features of parsing CV content, when uploading from a file.
I haven't found anything I dislike yet! I suppose I would like to see more training for use of this tool.

flexible, easy to customise, support responsive to queries, great price when compared to other ATS solutions out there
UI is a little dated, radius search not availiable but coming, Outlook integration not currently available but also coming
