The marketing tools like the affiliate and the credits reward system are super useful. The integration with tools like Zapier and Pabbly (soon) is a must, and I am happy we'll have both.
It is missing the student attendance feature for those courses that have LIVE classes.
The overall experience has been great and have received a lot of good reviews from my customers.
Lack of customization even with additional payment.
Until now, i am very please, i have not yet published the courses, but setting up the website has been very easy and also all the tweaks and adjustments offered are great.
I am not sure if their is anything I dislike about this software, for me looking at the customisation is a bit overwhelming however it depends which side your looking at it from.
Livestream feature is robust with superb security features. The custom domain and email mapping is fast.
The unfortunate name of the product does not transfer to North America.
My overall experience with Spayee has been a very positive one because their support team is excellent.
I also like that I can import the question bank into the system, or create a question bank in an easy manner. I like that I can set up a course easily in no time, because Spayee takes care everything.

The tracking feature is great, I love being able to easily show my clients their progress.
Only happens sometimes with some exercises. But it is annoying to have to go back and find a video and relink it.
FitSW as been very attentive to my request for help as well as always wanting and using my input. They have also been great in showing me ways to use the software more effectively.
Also sometimes when removing a superset it will keep one of the exercises existed as a superset which is then stuck there and cannot been removed causing me too having too make a whole new programme.
Overall, I have been very pleased. My clients love it and have commented it is easy to use and works great for them.
We really need to insert client videos of our own to the library. And the names of the workouts are very hard to find/navigate.

Excellent customer support team who is there to help with any of our needs as our company is growing. They have helped us use the software better to be more efficient with our own time and resources.
I had a rather negative experience when the CEO responded to my anxiety in an email badly, accusing me of not reading it thoroughly getting impatient when I didn’t understand.
I'm just starting out, so having all this stuff handled for a low price is awesome. It's good to know that Fons will be useful and affordable no matter how much my business grows.
There are no more "we were on vacation during one of our lessons last month, so we're going to pay you less this month" conversations.
I love the ease of client booking, options of subscriptions and packages, and the interface of the software. My clients all love it as well.
My phone calendar stopped syncing with the app (likely my phones issue and not the app).
Fons is an awesome platform that’s super easy to use and fits my exact needs as a coach & consultant.
I had been monthly invoicing people for piano lessons and often having to ask 3-4 times and suspend lessons in order to get paid.
Their Facebook Group alone should almost charge haha, so much good stuff in there and free weekly webinars about relevant topics to help your business grow.

Vectera is a great helping hand for any language coach, exam coach or experienced tutor working online. It is splendid, adorable, it is impressive and flawless.
I have lost video a couple of times and don’t know if this was my client’s broadband connection or Vectera.
Besides the great customer service, it's VERY easy for clients to access the meeting room. Cobrowse is amazing for training and tech support.
Whenever I have more than 3 people in my meeting room the connection is no longer stable and people get disconnected, you can't hear, the video gets fuzzy, it just goes bad.
I must also highlight the great technical support service that are very receptive to solve doubts and take very into consideration the ideas of improvement of the application of their clients.
Most importantly, Clients don't need to install anything. No registration and no mess.
Any difficulty I have had with it was promptly resolved by the software's team. My clients love it and I see myself using it for a long time.
One of the things I'm missing is, for example, the ability to conduct a meeting offline.
It is just a mind-blowing, breathtaking tool which helps my dreams come true.
I almost went to zoom a while back, until I tried Vectera. Overall experience is very positive and I have two clients ask me about it because they really like how easy it was to access.

The price point is great for the value you are getting and the progressive programs are awesome.
If you are not using WeStrive, you’re and idiot.
I like how user friendly the app is in saving me time creating programs for clients. I also love the features like the landing page and the exercises and videos that are included in the website.
They are updating soon so the little things I have problems with are going to change.
The app itself is awesome, they are constantly working hard to update the app with new features and customer service was fabulous.
Literally can’t think of one problem for this app.

I like how user friendly the app is in saving me time creating programs for clients. I also love the features like the landing page and the exercises and videos that are included in the website.
They are updating soon so the little things I have problems with are going to change.
The app itself is awesome, they are constantly working hard to update the app with new features and customer service was fabulous.
Literally can’t think of one problem for this app.

I find myself not using the nutrition features much since clients had to purchase the Lose It App or enter manually.
This app helps me with scheduling so much! before I was just texting clients back and forth and now I have this awesome tool.
My experience with the app has made it possible to get the most effective fitness plans available. I recommended it to my personal trainer and we’ve been rocking with it since.
This App is easy to use and as a trainer allows me to see how my clients training is going without any hassle. Very easy to program individual workouts and save favourite routines etc.
The way it integrates with my fitness lifestyle is perfect. I have not experienced any bugs and it never has crashed.

I love how easy it is to set up packages and recurring appointments. The Stripe Integration was easy to set up, and I love that there is E-mail Marketing built in.
It's new software so there are occasional glitches and it doesn't always work very smoothly. Some of my clients have had trouble using it.
I love the ability to have everything in one spot, and the ability to send me customers there.
Any missing features are probably “in the works.
I love that it converts times zones for clients to see my availability and that there are ways to make certain offers private. I love the follow up emails and reminders for clients too.
I was expecting to be able to invoice current clients rather than making them go to the website, set up an account, choose their package, and pay for it.
Paperbell is very responsive to feedback and many things I have wondered about or asked about have eventually been added as features. The price point is perfect.
It wasn't always user-friendly. I'm having a bit of a hard time trying to figure out to customize it a little more.

The client portal makes sending clients PDFs, worksheets, and other resources easy. Customer support has been very good so far.
I love the all-in-one integration because it saves me time from having to organize several programs together.
This lightens the lift on our customer service and tech teams while providing a better client experience.
Love the auto subscriptions and ease of client sign on. Don’t love the scheduler yet.
