Super userfriendly software with a lot of useful features and awesome support.
I miss a link with our track and trace program.
Whenever you have questions you receive an answer within 5 tot 10 minutes from the always-present support team. I love working with them and I love using their tool.
Through Officient, the most current processes are automated, such as the entry of employees' illness (and the accompanying documents from the doctor) - to say something.
It's good because I can see who works in the company and under who's management. I can do most admin things that I am required to do, including things like holidays management.
Holiday requests & sick absence management. Onboarding for new employees.
The ease of use, the user interface is super friendly.
I'm very satisfied to have discovered Officient and would recommend it to anyone who works with staff.

Overall the support has been excellent our contacts always supportive and responsive.
When it was top-echelon, there were no set up fees. Since you implemented a $250 setup fee for each candidate, you lost our business.
Overall experience was great. The FoxHire team takes care of 95% of the setup and explains everything clearly throughout the process.
The set up up quote feature is still alittle confusing.

The interface is very easy to use and the surveys and invitations look great. Starred's concept is to make filling in the survey quick and painless and it succeeds at that very well.
There's no widget yet which we can place on our website.
Easy to create a form, easy to use, great customer support, the results appear in a nice dashboard and if more than 20 people respond it automatically creates a matrix.
Except that sometimes we miss some functionalities, because not everything is customizable.
A simple, brilliantly supported tool that is excellent value for money. This has given us a true understanding of our customer's voice across 6 countries.
Sometimes it's hard to think of one word that covers your question.
Really great - fab tool and Starred are great people to work with.
The software is very user-friendly so easy to use for our customers, it looks very clean and provides a really clear overview.

I love that DreamTeam has a variety of pre-made dashboards and charts capturing important talent acquisition data. It's easy to load a chart and then edit to fit my needs.
Some features are still in development mode, there's still no way to organize the dashboards or a permissions system.
It gives a huge amount of information with a fraction of the work, is super easy to use and brought our work to a whole new level.
We relied our our ATS before, but the system is slow, hard to navigate, and takes a lot of time from the team.
The speed and customer centricity when DreamTeam is developing a new module. In general, it's a great, easy to use tool that replaces many other workflows easily.
Draws all it's info from ATS systems, which sometimes gets confused, but in general, if you work in an organized way it works out.
What I like the most about the product is that it solves for an issue that would take countless hours of manual work to compile, and does it in real-time.
I love that DreamTeam is customisable to suit our company's unique needs.
Very fast in developing new features and great customer support.
I can be prepared for any questions that management wants to ask me. I can show anything without digging too deep into our ATS. So it's a huge change for me.
Unlocks hidden value and enables us to use data as a core component as part of our most important asset, our employees and future employees.

The feature of administering vacations for all employees is amazing and helps to keep a track of what is going on with absences in the company. They offer great customer support.
We miss implementation to Outlook and some of the features are hard to adjust to our needs as it is "one size fits all.
The implementation of software is easy and support is extra friendly - anytime we need to improve or change anything, we always get fast and proactive answer.
Once in a while, we come across bugs that get us confused.
I really enjoy that most of the features are clear to me and if not, there is a chat and person ready to help.
When we start using Slonnek couple years ago there were frequent updates, so it was little bit confusing.
It is simple, our employees like to use it and great and fast support.
This is hard work if we have an event for the whole company - up to 100 employees.
Flexibility of the team. Thanks to the long-term relationship we were offered a solution just for our small team wit only the absence modul to fit in our budget requirements.
We use Sloneek for tracking time off and other absences and it works perfectly for us. The application is online, intuitive and easy to use.

Pleased to work with Sage People HCM, good quality and great services, without doubt one of the best companies in the area of human resources.
Reporting which is based on force.com is very poor, time management is very difficult and the roadmap of new features from Sage is weak.
The Sage people sales team were great to work with. We talked with them on several occasions and we developed a nice relationship and worked towards a resolution.
Really, my only source of frustration is with the documentation.
Sits on the salesforce platform which is very robust. The staff at Fairsail are fantastic to work with and offer outstanding service.
The mobile version is a bit tricky to navigate.
However, overall it is a straight forward fully functioning system for both employees and our HR teams to use and the reporting tool is also a good asset to have.
This software seems painfully outdated. There are other cloud softwares that blow this one away.
The system is priced very reasonably, especially compared to bigger names in the market. Cannot recommend highly enough - by far and away the best HR software I have ever used.
Excellent value for money. Straight forward workforce engagement tools.
It seems very intuitive and like it can support all we are trying to do.
Ease of configuration, enabling us to control/action changes internally and not rely on outside support. Ability to tailor globally (to meet individual country's local requirement).

Software lags at some instance and also missed punch sometimes takes too long to get updated.
Attendance tracking of the staff is very easy, applying for leaves and keeping track is a very useful feature. I can easily log in and log out on the app.
Missed punches and on-duty features sometimes do not work properly.
HR Neeti had a better user interface and flexibility to mold things as per company requirement, make it very easy for the end-user to track evrything.
This is basic software not much of any dashboards, No data analytics.
