It is comprehensive and easy to use. It is user friendly and there is great support available.
You cannot see everything but have to scroll to the right to check information then scroll to the left. Adding ridiculous lines.
They were able to take good care of my payroll for me so I could run my business with better focus on my job.
I find it very difficult to change an employee from hourly to salary. The vacation gets messed up and I have need help every time to fix the errors.
I like the personal support I get with any issues I am Having and they are dealt with very quickly with my support member, she is a gem always looking out for me.
I have had trouble getting the group benefits to change, but it's more of a me problem.
Customer Service has been great with Lise and so far so good with Suzet.
Still not clear on how to do this correctly. I also have the same problem when changing the vacation pay rate.
All account reps are great and very helpful. Program is quick to input.
Unwieldy with everything in a long line, suggest a drop down box with entry fields; same for every category of employee setup; can't delete employee when there is no data involved.
The cost far outweighs my time. The staff love the direct deposit, and I love that I never miss a stat remittance deadline.

This program keeps overhead costs to a minimum; for a small number of seasonal employees, it is the perfect way to keep staff paid correctly, with T4s provided on time.

This software is very easy to use. Reports are great for payroll and the customer service is great.
Implementation has come with its struggles as we are not sure if the problems are with Accounting CS or SwipeClock.
I love the ability for our employees to clock in and out in the field on their phones.
As it is, they have to sign on to the website in order to review their timesheets for any errors.
As an admistrator for our office, this application is perfect choice to help manage hourly employees (no more written time sheets!) It is extremely cost effective.
I made a few errors the first few times using this software.
Downloaded as a trial for our small company, we would recommend to anyone looking for a time logging system. It's easy to use and customer service is great.
Fixing errors on the administrator end could not be easier.
As a law firm, I am especially pleased with the ability to change time-cards (as administrator) and provide a message as to why the time card was edited.
Overall the experience is a good system and I enjoy using it.
That it syncs with BambooHR, is appropriately priced and so, so easy to use and train on. The set-up was very easy.
The presentation on the screen is organized, clean looking, and there is definitely an ease of use to it--once you know what you're doing.

There is greater clarity for all about their futures and were their development is headed.
The product is expensive for the lack of functionality and the presentation of the modules.
The software is very straightforward to use and has successfully been rolled out to our business with great buy in from staff who previously have not worked with an online system.
With all the new functionality being released it is hard to keep up.
Reporting is extremely easy to use and read with the back end having the ability to push workflows and emails to outstanding items. PeopleStreme are extremely responsive to our queries and issues.
Nothing, other than we wish they had more US based support. Initially we thought we had a lot of bugs, but as it turned out it was more just administrative user error.
Our experience has been great, training was excellent and we love the application suite.
Inability to bulk upload all historical data (e.g. Job Ads, Position Descriptions, Resumes). Purchased modules don’t communicate to one another, requiring a increased workload for the HR team.
For a business which did not have anything in place previously it has helped is to implement a performance management program which is best of breed and best practice.
Product team provides workarounds to compensate for the lack of the system functionality once you have purchased the modules.
Mobile option is a great enhancement. Learning & development module integrated with the performance management module is fantastic.
Feature Rich - excellent customer service - ability to customise as the organisation sees fit. Incredible functionality in terms of end-to-end HR.
For us it has improved compliance & cost cost management significantly. Online onboarding - esignature approval is great feature.
I almost feel part of their family working with some of the long-term staff for such a time – they are just wonderful people.
The support we received from representative and the Helpdesk was excellent.
The business has already started seeing some great outcomes and cost savings as a result of having the Peoplestreme software in place.
Great piece of software, particularly when it is integrated with payroll software so that new starts and terminations are automatically updated live.
Performance Management Module is only Module I would recommend purchasing.

Its great to work with team Sapience - [SENSITIVE CONTENT. Its a user friendly software and the functionalities are helping process the payrolls at ease.
Basic Reports such as net pay report, Staff Headcount report are not available and having to customize.
Sapience payroll is user friendly, easy to set up different modules, elements, easy to define the procedures, entitlements, calculation rules etc, Good connectivity with Oracle OTL system.
This was a bit painful as the turnaround time on request adding a custom report was a bit slow. But they overcome this issue by adding a new report designer within Sapience HRMS.
Sapience HCM offers comprehensive customer support services which will help us to use the system seamlessly.
When we started, there was no custom report designer.
It is excellent product for a medium and large enterprise customers with ease of use.
I'm not find anything like to there is somthing is missing.
