What I like most about this software, is that it is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Profile images that are not uploaded as a square becomes distorted. There was a time where we were getting flooded with birthday reminder e-mails from Suti as well that got annoying.
Kirsten, as our implementation partner, has been outstanding. She is responsive, solutions-oriented, and has this incredible "can-do" attitude with every crazy request.
And you have to hover over the text to read the whole thing. That's sort of annoying to do, especially if you have a lot of documents on your profile.
We've had such a good experience that we are now investing in Sutisoft for our Accounts Payable and Employee Expense solutions.
The only problem I had was in the beginning and that was saving my password.
It is user-friendly and it supports all of the core functions of a comprehensive HR system at a fraction of the cost. I think the real differentiator with Suti, though, is the SERVICE.
One time when logging into Sutihr, my "Request time off," widget disappeared.
Their customer service reps are amazing. They are able to handle any questions and concerns.
Easy to use, excellent features, most of the information I need in one location.
I love how easy it is to request time off & view PTO.
Customer support has been great at communicating future updates as well as making changes that are suggested (ie: making the performance reviews anonymous).
I used Suti HR in a previous organization. It's so good, I am launching in my new company.
It is easy to access different features. The layout is organized and easy to navigate.

Talent Recruit is a user friendly & easy to access & tracker candidates, Artificial intelligence is helping us to find good candidates.
The application does not work at times and gets log out anytime in between. Lot of technical errors.
The Recruiter Functions are absolutely amazing. I really like the piepline functionality.
Sometimes the reports can be a little confusing to figure out which ones to use for what.
The way it make the process easier and tracking and management of the data. The platform's speed is good and UI is one of the good part.
Unnecessary details filling options (Many other options are available to add on). Status Changing option is very confusing and time taking.
Talent Recruit is easy to use with minimal things to be improved.
Parsing get delay when i m parsing with direct with naukri portal.
Overall it is so good, easy to use and access details of the cANDIDATES.

Very happy and appreciative of the NFP discount we receive. The integration with Salesforce and customer support is fantastic.
Inability to move sections around on a page - have to rewrite or copy and paste. Confusing how the course/collection and certification process and the graded pages works.
We have been able to get more content to volunteers through Intuto than we were through in-person training, and our users love it. Intuto's customer service is outstanding and accessible.
When developing training programs can be very frustrating when one is not computer literate.
They train, teach, innovate, suggest better options and always have the clients best interest at heart. I really value and appreciate all that they do to make my material support my training programs.
This is a major weakness and if corrected would likely see higher uptake.

The software is very easy to use and has a very nice design, which is also great. I like that other team members can update their profiles and have different levels of visibility.
Was bit too confusing to explore and felt bit pressured with so much follow-up emails.
GroveHR's User Experience is amazing, UI is very neat and clean and easy to use for all team members. Having Android and iOS applications makes it very useful in modern times.
Worst company, bad service (infact no service), Worst HRMS.
The ease of use along with the setup was most impressive with the platform. The customer support is also pretty good.
We have received many such contradictory emails and when we caught them and questioned them their team just stop responding.
The UI on groveHR was really good , It was swift and very reliable. I think GroveHR is going to be very promising though it lacks a few things but I think its going to be very successfull.
The thing that we liked least was their fraudulent approach to luring companies into using their HRMS by sending emails about offering trials.
It is best fit for all the HR operations in the company with better interface and functionalities.

Its very good as a digitalized HR platform. Would use this long term for database i hope it comes with a function that can chat the members in the org.

It was an easy setup, easy implementation, and our employees love the ease of use. We have gotten remarkable feedback from our new hires on how efficient our onboarding is now that we have HR Cloud.
Literally, clicking through several applicants when recruiting is painful. You watch the loading circle over and over.
Easy to get started, and the free trial is a good idea if you're on the fence about it. HR Cloud is a time-saver, and can help you spend more time on other, more important tasks.
Some Onboard functionality is not intuitive, so it can be a little cumbersome and/or frustrating when first getting used to the system.
I am very happy with my customer service rep - and very happy overall with the customer support team. They are super responsive.
I think employees forget their password too often.
This is essential to us because we hire all over the country, and sending an email with the link with easy steps has been great. Also, my implementation and contact person is the best of all times.
Anytime an issue came up or there was a problem, we could reach out to our implementation consultant, Grga, and his team.
Excellent ability to build out hierarchal workflow tasks, whether complex or simple. Love the consolidated process for multiple departments to keep in one record tied to an individual employee.
As a company dedicated to employee experience and employer of choice status, this was in our top 2 initiatives of 2018 and well worth the investment.
It is very easy to use, easy to customize for the needs of the company, has excellent support during implementation and the implementation manager is very flexible, full of knowledge and very patient.
