    On top of the platform being just what we were looking for, the support team is just phenomenal and have continued to impress me with their dedication, care, and passion.
    Anyone can quickly learn to build there own courses and there is an incredibly low barrier to entry. On top of the benefits from an Admin perspective, we LOVE how customizable Northpass is.
    We like the flexibility and support that allow us to create programs that provide a great user experience.

    For example, I pointed out a problem I was having and within 48 hours the problem was fixed. Plus I received an email noting such.
    I have moved from another well known online education provider, after being dismayed about a number of things, not least of all, the fact that the product that hosted my courses, just did not work.
    It is a little bit difficult to follow and use the reporting features of the system in some cases (not all).
