Pros

Overall a very good and intuitive rental program at an affordable price with great support.
Useful and super helpful product for organizing the rental services we offer in our shop.
The backend calendar and inventory management is a delight to work with and the payment integration with Stripe is seamless.

Pros

Overall we are very pleased with the Viberent experience. It is great to be able to communicate directly with the developers to solve any issues that arise.
We find their customer service proactive and they have always been great at listening and actioning our feedback for new features that would benefit our business.
Favourite parts of Viberent include the ease of interface for creating new contracts & the ability to integrate both to & from Xero.

Cons

We hate losing a small piece that may cost $1000 or more and we didn't have it barcoded in separately on a check out. Also it has a hard time integrating with Quickbooks and other accounting software.
So far that is my main complaint. It is only designs for a brick and mortar shop when so many rental shops are online now.
It runs next to our online store, so you see 2 shopping baskets on the page which is sometimes confusing.

Cons

I find it very hard to use. The search just use the first word which makes it very limited.
We are not software developers nor have we undertaken a project of this size previously. It required an enormous amount of work from Valiant internally, this is something we underestimated.
Also, the way of doing changes when doing a quote is a waste of time. We need to do several changes very often and it takes close to 1 hour to do a quote.
