The cloud-based solution comes with a comprehensive set of operations including scheduling, communication tools, booking management, invoicing, discount codes, guest booking, customer login, customer app, crew app and more.
The Brilion scheduling functionality allows the user to drag and drop bookings to assign them to crews, Priorities crew availability based on distance, previously used crews, service they offer or zones they cover. Brilion streamlines communication by allowing the user to send booking confirmations, new offers, and outstanding booking reminders via SMS messages or email. Brilion facilitates client management with a full database of current and past clients, and the ability to monitor revenue, adjust cancellation charges, apply discounts, and invoice clients for work carried out. The platform also includes a crew database where admins can manage employees, track their hours, view upcoming bookings, grant holiday requests, report on total revenue generated, set availability, allocate services, select areas they serve and more.
The guest booking functionality within Brilion allows clients to make bookings online, and gain login access to the self service portal to make bookings at any time. This module has fully customizable hours, rates, and other options. It also shows the client which locations the company services and available dates and timings for different services. Services can be set priced based on units, hours or packages. The customer login allows users to view their invoices, manage bookings, and pay for services online.
Customer app, a completely white label app incorporates all features mentioned above in guest booking and customer login. Customer app is available in both iOS and Android and can be searched by typing your company name.
Crew app will completely automate your process. Your crew will get booking notification, see their commission, incentive, rating and liable collections. They can also set their availability, services they offer and areas they cover.
