“Our Vrbo integration was not activated for weeks after onboarding, which caused double bookings. When it went live, our two properties were cross mapped to the wrong Vrbo listings, so every Vrbo reservation landed on the wrong unit. Because the correct unit's calendar never blocked, a guest walked into an occupied condo at 10 PM on another guest.”
