What is Oobeo?
Oobeo Valet is a cloud-based valet parking solution designed to automate and streamline parking operations by allowing valets to receive cars, track vehicle statuses, collect customer and vehicle data, and receive payments. Native apps for iOS and Android enable real-time management of vehicles and customers from the valet stand.
With Oobeo Valet, customer phone numbers and ticket numbers must be recorded upon receiving a car, and additional information including license plate, vehicle type, make, and color can also be collected. Any photos of existing damage can be added at this point to prevent disagreements when the vehicle is collected. Customers are automatically sent a text message with their ticket number and a link to request their vehicle. On clicking the link, customers are asked to confirm that they wish to collect their car, and can pay for their parking online. Payment can also be taken at the stand, and users can view fees and add on tips before payment is taken.
