Pros
One of the best supplier organisations I have ever worked with - super friendly and helpful, with a product that doesnt break the bank - what more could you ask for.
I recently had the opportunity to use this software, and overall I'd have to give it a 5 star rating. The thing that impressed me the most was how user friendly it is.
Future booking was amazing and the problem-resolution aspected saved so much admin time. The support is second to none - excellent company.
Cons
If someone has parked in my spot, I find it difficult to notify parkable through the app because there is insufficient wifi in the underground parking.
The Parnell area has really limited and expensive parking and we have limited on site parking with our bays split across 3 locations.
I have no negative comments at this stage - when I have had an issue (usually relates to an error on our side.

Seamless parking Management and reduced admin burden!

The team at Parkable is incredibly supportive and responsive to our questions and queries. They consistently update the software with improvements and new features, enhancing both the admin and app experience. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism and genuinely enjoy working with the Parkable team - they are friendly and always go the extra mile!

Pros

I have been using Parkable for over a year now, both as a user and an admin, and it has been an absolute lifesaver!As an admin, my plate is already full with multiple ongoing projects. Having a system that automatically manages our car parks and provides me with complete visibility of the operations is a dream come true! It means one less project for me to worry about; I can simply set it up and forget it, knowing that everything is being taken care of.As a user, I can easily open the app, share my parking spaces with my colleagues, and even recoup some costs for the days I'm not using them. This is a significant advantage for our staff, as they only pay for the days they actually utilise the space.

Cons

I haven't encountered any negatives so far, but honestly, I wish we had implemented this system earlier! Before Parkable, managing our parking was a major challenge, and it was unfair to everyone involved.While I sometimes have questions and need help understanding how certain new features work (as we used to have someone else overseeing Parkable), the team has been incredibly helpful! They always take the time to provide support whenever I need it and offer comprehensive guidelines on how to navigate the system.

Fantastic system for managing staff and visitor parking!

Parkable enables our company to maximise parking utilisation, save lease costs, and provide the best parking experience to our employees and visitors. It would be a struggle to go back to life before Parkable!Both the app and admin panel are super easy to use. Our employees favourite features are allocated bay sharing, sharing reminders, and future booking. But, Parkable is regularly releasing new features and improvements that continue to impress us!

Pros

I’m super happy we implemented Parkable. Not only does it vastly improve our staff’s commuting and parking experience, but it also removes manual parking management work! The system makes staff parking self service, automatically resolves problems, and provides me with full visibility of our parking activity! We also use Parkable’s visitor system to schedule the use of our guest parks. It’s really easy to see when the spots are in use and book another visitor around this. Visitors receive an invitation email that includes all the info they need to find our office and their designated spot!One of the things I love the most about Parkable is the team behind it! Changing processes is hard usually but the Parkable implementation process was so smooth because of the onboarding team. The communications templates, training, and support collateral they provided set us up for success! The team has continued to support us as required ongoing too.

Cons

Before we implemented Parkable I was manually managing staff parking requests and allocated parking spot use schedules. This took up a lot of time and was really complicated! Parkable came in and removed all of that pain. There are limited parking options around our office. With Parkable, more of our employees can park on-site so they come in more often and are happier!

A fantastic solution!

I started using Parkable about 8 months ago, and it has been a lifesaver! Both the product and the team are great. Parkable continues to improve the software and add new features, which is fantastic! The future booking feature is our favourite because it aligns with our flexible working policy - staff can book parking in advance and confidently drive into work with a confirmed parking spot! When I need assistance Parkable will go out of there to help me, even at the last minute! Am looking forward to diving in to the recently released bay calendar tool which will make it really easy to make bays unavailable for dates in the future when we have unexpected important visitors. Am confident I will get the same level of support in learning this as I have received since day 1 with parkable.

Pros

The admin panel is intuitive to use and provides a comprehensive overview of our parking activities and occupancy. Our staff also find the app very easy to use. Everything can be done in just a couple of taps!Staff love that they can better plan their days in the office based on parking availability up to a week ahead. Our team members with allocated parks love that they can set and forget days to share their space up to a year in advance too. It’s handy that as an admin I can also release parks when staff forget to do so, as it ensures no spot ever sits empty!

Cons

One time, the gate was down due to a fault in the security system our building uses. Parkable stepped in to sort it out so quickly - getting a technician to site, replacing the outdated security system, and getting it up and running again. When I started in this role and took over the management of Parkable, staff engagement was low. The Customer Success team took the time to train me on the system and together we relaunched Parkable to our staff. Now, engagement is better than ever!Would be ideal if we could set the algorithm to release certain bays first i.e we would like "MP Carpark" to be allocated first, then "Childcare", then "carpark"

Parkable is Great!

As a software company ourselves, we have high standards for the technology we use. We’re completely satisfied by both Parkable’s software and support. Whenever I have a question, the Customer Success team is quick to respond. I really appreciate that they proactively alert me to issues they detect and make recommendations for ways we can optimise our configuration.

Pros

Both the admin panel and the app are easy to use. I check into the admin panel daily and find it really easy to understand what’s going on in our car park and take any actions I need to. Our staff find the app really intuitive. Those with allocated parking spots share their bay on days they're not using it with the tap of a button. Other team members can see the availability of parking in real time and make instant bookings easily. The feature people love the most is the integrated gate access. Staff can click ‘open gate’ in the app to gain access to our secure parking facilities - no more rummaging around for a swipe card or leaning out the car window to enter a code!

Cons

We have some tandem bays, ie two parking spaces end on end. These present unique problems! Parkable heard my frustrations and built tandem parking features which enable two drivers parked in tandem to communicate with each other, meaning I don’t have to be the middleman anymore!
