What is Pilot-Next?
Pilot-Next is booking, flight-logging and billing software for flying clubs, aircraft partnerships (co-ownership) and owners who rent out their aircraft. Members book on a shared calendar that prevents double bookings, and every confirmed booking sends a calendar invitation. After the flight the pilot logs Hobbs and/or Tacho times; Pilot-Next turns them into an invoice using the club's own hourly rates and keeps a running account balance for every pilot, including membership dues. Clubs can set booking rules such as a maximum booking length, how far ahead members may book and a minimum balance to book. Maintenance tracks recurring inspections and one-off jobs against the aircraft's hours and forecasts when the next one is due. It runs in any mobile browser, and pilots can check availability and book through AI assistants via the Pilot-Next MCP server. EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant. SOLO (1 aircraft, 1 pilot) is free; paid plans start at €9 per month, billed annually.
