Users can track sales opportunities and leads with CRM capabilities complete with forecasting tools based on the latest estimates and work orders. Automated estimating and scheduling tools provide real time capacity overviews, crucial to understanding staffing limits and communicating scheduling changes to employees. Their time and location out in the field can then be captured accurately via the mobile interface, calculating pay, collecting driver mileage and photographing receipts for expense documentation and submission.
