Flexible and customizable enough to meet the needs of almost any service company. The software provides end-to-end features within a single centralized hub. Users can track sales opportunities and leads with CRM capabilities complete with forecasting tools based on the latest estimates and work orders. Automated estimating and scheduling tools provide real time capacity overviews, crucial to understanding staffing limits and communicating scheduling changes to employees. Their time and location out in the field can then be captured accurately via the mobile interface, calculating pay, collecting driver mileage and photographing receipts for expense documentation and submission.
Similarly, Plexus includes issue tracking and the leveraging of the smartphone camera to snap pictorial evidence of job site problems or areas of required work. These, combined with notes and punch lists can not only then be reviewed but also arranged into summaries using the built-in reporting options. Invoicing and billing capabilities allow for the progressive or collective invoicing of larger job orders while facilitating easy onsite signature and payment capture. Integration with QuickBooks goes on to ensure that wider accounting systems are updated with the latest financial data.
