I do find it takes a little longer to hear back from service than it used to, but the company has been growing and I find their time to reply is still well within acceptable limits.

Exporting invoices to Xero is super easy.

Some of the interface feels dated - it isn't as flashy as some newer UI.

The proofing and despatch capabilities we have not used as they are not what we require, the proofing capabilities could be improved and the despatch integration with more couriers would be a big help.

I needed to update many of the profiles we had put together on our old system as they were out of date relative to the technology we were now using.   Because this was easy to do, our pricing structure was a better reflection of current production methods and I believe gained us much more work.

Setting up run rates was (and still is) problematic, point in case, I had to make 4 different set ups of the same press to cover different scenarios.

Print Logic has a few features (which they could even charge additional fees for) that could be brilliant but really miss the mark and feel rushed.

It allows ONLY to indicate the cost per sheet and not the full cost of the ream.

It is easer to track our orders from customer and details, however, our company is still adjusting the features.

Printlogic is very easy to use in all areas, very helpful company with plenty of customer support, if something needs to be changed or any suggestion given to make thing best fit my company going forward, Printlogic are always willing to help and look into these areas for me.

Other software solutions are charging through the nose for things like proofing and webtoprint.

The software is customisable to our business. As a company focused on Book creation and production, our needs are at times very different to that of a traditional print business.

Overall, setting prices, quoting clients, job implementing, finishing and invoicing are all extremely practically applied and creating job bags for work floor instructions is also very good.

It allows my staff to keep all information in one place and refer back to it with accuracy when required. Although it isn't perfect by covering all that is required, it does offer good value for the monthly fee

I was able to produce a basic estimate very quickly and and have subsequently been able to tailor it to my specific needs so that estimates matched the output from my old system

example entering Manual Items on a quote. When you enter a first item, it will pull in the correct pricing from the pre-loaded Items pricelist, but if you go back into that quote and 'add Manual Items' it pulls a price out of nowhere, sometimes €100s different.
