The HindSite Solution is a field service management solution designed to help small and midsize businesses streamline processes related to work order management, time and material tracking, contact management, billing and invoicing, and more on a centralized platform. It enables staff members to receive driving directions, maintain records of materials used, automatically collect time records, capture signatures and attach photos to work orders.
The built-in algorithm enables employees to calculate and print bills in the field and automatically send data to the office where invoices can be generated using a certified Quickbooks interface. It also lets users build sales pipelines, manage email marketing, create campaigns, handle appointment scheduling, track sales opportunities, and more.
