Using VitusVet's brand-specific mobile applications, veterinary practices can share pets' health records with clients and remind them about upcoming appointments or prescription refills. The VitusPay platform lets pet owners pay in monthly installments via credit cards or process checkout via mobile tablets. Clients can request for appointments via text messages, emails, business websites, social media platforms, and mobile applications. The software enables veterinarians to configure automated replies based on staff members' working hours, availability, and holiday schedules, identify clients' preferred mode of communication, and send reminders via customizable postcards.
Using VitusVet, administrators can gain visibility into appointment booking and performance metrics, request feedback from clients, and share positive reviews across social media pages to improve overall brand value. It facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as Cornerstone, AVImark, Advantage+, ClienTrax, and more.
