WebSelfStorage is a web-based self-storage facility management solution which offers integrated payment processing, online account access for customers, reservations management, an interactive site map, reporting, and more. The system can also connect to a range of security gate systems for access control.
WebSelfStorage provides facility customers with their own personal account through which they can receive rent reminders, make payments, print receipts, review payment histories, manage access to their storage unit, purchase tenant insurance, communicate with facility management, and more, without the facility needing to have its own website. Letters to customers can be generated automatically according to business rules and WebSelfStorage’s customizable letter templates. All letter and email communications are stored even after units have been vacated.
WebSelfStorage offers an interactive site map of facilities, allowing users to manage customer units with a click. Multiple maps can be created in the site map tool, color-coded to provide visual information at-a-glance, and set as the default sign-in page for the facility. Users can also generate a range of reports covering units, tenants, storage rates, financial information, and more, and integrate WebSelfStorage with accounting applications such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Quicken to manage their finances.
