What is Virto Alerts & Reminder App?
Virto Alerts & Reminders brings flexible, no-code notifications to SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint Server. With Microsoft removing native SharePoint alerts in July 2026, teams can replace them without writing a Power Automate flow for each list or library.
Setup is point-and-click: select a list or Microsoft 365 calendar, define the conditions that should trigger a message, and choose how often it sends — immediately, on a daily or weekly schedule, or ahead of a due date as a reminder.
Messages go to named users, SharePoint groups, or external addresses, delivered by email or posted straight into Microsoft Teams channels. Saved HTML templates with images and links keep every alert on-brand and easy to reuse.
The app is licensed by alert configuration count — 30, 100, 250, or unlimited — making it practical for both small teams and large SharePoint estates.
