Availability of robust marketing capabilities is what I like most about BigMarker. Virtual events enhancement is another great aspect.

Beside all the great functions and the excellent user experiences I really like the fast and competent support you get from Big Marker.

I love Bigmarker's flexibility and ease of use. I also love how helpful support is when I have issues.

I have never been able to run a webinar with no inconvenients, today was the limit, I lost the work to put in a webinar 150 attendants. A lot fo money wasted because of lack of realiability.

They integrations are great, and I know they are working to improve the software all the time. Thank you for this great solution.

As with everything the more you use it the more you learn and the more useful features you find, but even the fist time it was we were confident in the product.

We setup our first webinar within a day. The support team has been super responsive with my questions as I worked through some of our unique needs.

The software is easy to use and has a good value for the price. The support is also quick and gives satisfying and accurate solutions.

Also last time I was presenting at home, with another person presenting from the office. I realized when viewing the video that when my connection dropped, the webinar stalled.

First of all, the quality of the stream is top notch. We deal with court reporters who have to do Zoom depositions all the time.

It also helps me to carry out meetings with our important clients.

From beautiful landing pages, to easy setup integration with other tools. So I use it weekly sometimes daily for all my webinara and meetings.

Because we were advertising the webinars elsewhere we quickly grew our list and the Big Marker weekly email became our best recruitment tool.

If it weren't for the microphone problem I probably wouldn't be looking elsewhere.

The software is really easy to use, the best thing is that you can customize everything from landing page to registration emails, which a lot of other platforms lack.

BigMarker has replaced at least three other tools I was using, and saved me money in the long run. Also, they just keep developing and providing more value.

Some attendees told me that they couldn't hear me. One video injection was delayed.

We're using it to connect with persons interested in our causes of Youth & Community Development including hosting meetings and webinars with various stakeholders and our beneficiaries.

I think BigMarker has some things to work out in their product, support, customer success and training. I think they are on the right track with the features of the platform and I wanted it to be a great product and experience so badly but it wasn't. I'm not a novice with SaaS product by any means and I found BigMarker challenging to work with from a product, training and support perspective. 

I'm looking for a new webinar platform and moving away from Big Marker. I'd consider coming back down the road if they improve. Maybe I'll test them out in a year to 18 months but for now I'd stay away if you need a reliable webinar platform.

Has all the bells and whistles

in general it is very good, I can create events, send invitations by mail and the reports are simply incredibly functional, maybe I would just like to have the hybrid events mode

The webinar quality has been excellent in this turbulent time.  We setup our first webinar within a day.  The support team has been super responsive with my questions as I worked through some of our unique needs.

Exactly what we needed

Right from the beginning I found BigMarker straight forward to set up and configure. The options for attendees, guest speakers, and sharing files is fantastic! There have not been a lot of issues with 'regular' users - occasionally we have some issues with old or strange user configurations, but BigMarker always tryes to help everyone connect!

BigMarker is more than a white board, it is an amazing webinar platform!

First of all, the quality of the stream is top notch. We deal with court reporters who have to do Zoom depositions all the time. Twice, on two different occasions and without asking, a court reporter said they wished they could use this platform for their depositions - the quality was SO much better than Zoom.

It took a little bit of time the very first webinar to properly configure everything. The support people were SO helpful and patient in answering our questions and  helping us do it right. By the second webinar we were feeling better. And with the third one we felt like a pro.

The initial learning curve is medium to high, but once you know how it works, its easy to use and works like a charm. Customer support is outstanding!

Excellent Webinar Hosting and Automation Platform

Akshay:                                                Hi, my name is Akshay. I am an online course creator in a education industry, and I would like to give five out of five to BigMarker. Before choosing BigMarker, I was thinking about going with Zoom, Demio, or Google Hangouts. However, after careful consideration of the features, the requirements, and customer interactions I thought that BigMarker is the best. And that's why I decided to go with BigMarker. At BigMarker, I think primary reason why I like them most is there is an amazing interface, a great customer service. And lastly, you can preload the videos and the documents so that it does not take the bandwidth of it from myself as a presenter, as well as for people who are watching the webinar can actually be able to look at it easily.
                                                       For me, if I started integrating BigMarker into the workflow, the initial couple of times there were a few hiccups because I did not know where are different places, how to have the handouts, how to do the polls. But once I was able to figure it out, probably after three, four sessions, it was fairly intuitive and I was able to learn many more sessions with BigMarker, just using the things that I learned in first few sessions. Someone who is thinking about whether to go with BigMarker or not, I will say think about whether you will be doing many-to-one or one-to-one conversations. Second is the budget and the flexibility of the webinar platform. And third is how well equipped are you with your setup. So for me, if I talk about BigMarker, I figure it out because it's a lot of times is one-to-many. So I'll be presenting to many people. So if you're looking to target many more people, have kind of not a professional studio but a normal home setup, then I would definitely recommend someone to go with the BigMarker.

Best in Class Webinar software

Dave:                                                  Hi, my name is Dave, I'm an art director and agent, and I work in the design industry. Today I'll be reviewing BigMarker, which I give five out of five stars.
                                                       So while I was looking into a really solid platform for video conferencing and webinars, I looked at other tools like Demio, and also Zoom, but in some cases I just found that they were over complicated and didn't have the features that I needed.
                                                       So what I love about BigMarker is that it's just really easy to use and offers just a ton of features. It's a mature company that has lots of different products under it, including reoccurring webinars, and the ability to even charge for a series of webinars. On top of that, it's just been really great customer service, and then with their new studio feature coming, that allows you to add titling and lower two thirds, just makes for just an awesome product.
                                                       The onboarding experience with BigMarker was great. Just very quick, I'd say within 15 minutes, I was able to fully set up a webinar room, and then get everything going. On top of that, they have meeting rooms that allow you to meet with an individual or a small group of people, and that was also super easy to set up.
                                                       So if you're looking into BigMarker as an option for webinars, I'd recommend that you join their Facebook group. They're very responsive, they're quick to answer any questions you have, and that way you can make sure it's the right match for you.
