What is CMx?
CMx is a contract management solution which enables users to manage the full contract lifecycle in a single platform. The system is designed to serve businesses of any size across all industries, and can be implemented in the cloud or on-premise.
CMx stores all contracts and documents in a centralized repository, where users can search and retrieve items using full text search and a range of filters including contract type, company, and department. Customizable permission schemes are built-in to ensure that only authorized users can create, view, and edit documents. Automatic version control allows users to track all changes made to contracts and documents, with a full audit trail of revisions. Configurable review and approval workflows can be set up in series or in parallel to route contracts to team members for internal review before they are sent out to external parties.
CMx allows users to import existing contracts into the database, and export contracts from the system as necessary. Predefined reports and dashboard widgets give users insight into a range of contract analytics, expiration alerts, user activities, performance, historical trends, and more.
