CreateWebinar is a web-conferencing solution which helps freelancing coaches, small businesses and educational institutions prepare as well as stream online lectures, meetings, training, and courses. Features include whiteboarding, automated notifications, session recording, customizable branding, email invitations, and screen sharing.
The application enables hosts to conduct open, private and closed list webinars, granting permissions and access to the webinar event accordingly. Coordinators can create and manage personalized contact lists as well as add new contact details via email or file uploads in XLS format. Administrators can store webinar information including topics, dates, participants, and video records for future reference.
CreateWebinar lets participants record meetings, download files in MP4 format and view recorded sessions online. Recorded webinars can also be uploaded to external video platforms. Instructors can plan webinar schedules and send updates to attendees, communicated with automatic notifications. The platform enables hosts to enhance audience engagement by allowing them to raise questions in real-time or communicate via live chat.
