Organizations can also access upgrade, upsell, and cross-selling product recommendations via a predetermined questionnaire flow facilitated by configure, price, and quote (CPQ) tools.
DealDox CPQ offers integration with various third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications such as Salesforce CRM, SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Freshworks CRM, and more.
