What is DID Logic?

DID Logic is a VoIP software that is designed for businesses across multiple industry verticals, such as call centers, education, eCommerce, travel, hospitality, finance, and trading. It helps organizations handle operations related to call forwarding, history tracking, encryption, voice peering, and more on a centralized platform.

DID Logic's built-in dialers enable team members to manage do not call (DNC) lists, access local gateways, and handle multiple communication channels, whilst maintaining compliance with local government and business guidelines. The licensed local voice functionality lets employees offer a local calling experience to end-users through in-country media gateways, local short codes, and emergency dialing access. It also provides an SMS tool, which allows staff members to send itinerary notifications, booking confirmations, patient alerts, OTP codes, new account verifications, and more from within a centralized platform.

DID Logic offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the platform with several third-party solutions. With the number porting tool, staff members can identify, migrate, test, and sign off on local number porting (LNP) processes.
