Great service, great support, and great pricing.
I have no real complaints about voip.ms - support was once harder to reach, but they have improved this to what amounts to basically instant support.

It used to be price. That has changed due to inaccurate pricing.

It enabled me to switch from Ooma essentially without much effort and is easy to learn. I am decent with technology, but at the same time am not a IT worker. I was quickly able to figure out how to set up the different parts of their system, and their support team is extremely responsive.
Their videos and wiki make using it easy. And they have a rich feature set.
I think that more of a GUI interface would help, and being able to save profiles when creating different sub accounts to make that go faster.

If you are looking for a VoIP solution with a lot of features. VOIP.ms is the best.
