What is eGoldFax?
eGoldFax is a fax server software that helps businesses of all sizes in healthcare, education, financial services, government, and other sectors send and receive faxes from any mobile device or desktop. The solution enables managers to scan hardcopies and send faxes directly via emails or any multi-function printer (MFP).
The platform allows administrators to archive faxes in the form of 256-bit AES Encrypted PDFs and secure fax transmissions using TLS 1.2 encryption to regulate compliance. eGoldFax lets professionals receive faxes directly in the specified email addresses and automatically print them through the network connected printer. Businesses can also receive multiple faxes on a single fax number at the same time.
The solution allows teams to auto-route as well as store faxes in specific network folders or online portals. It also lets employees opt for email confirmation/notifications on sending or receiving faxes, number of pages sent, and transmission time.
