Enhanced File Transfer (EFT) by Globalscape is a cloud-based and on-premise platform designed to help enterprises manage data transfers in a secured manner. Features include collaboration, analysis, event-triggered actions, two-factor authentication, compliance management, and event scheduling.
The application enables users to define complex problems and create automated workflows using conditional branching, compress/decompress files, and synchronize as well as backup folders. Supervisors can track and audit user activities or file movements and receive alerts on potential compliance violations or low-security situations in real-time. With its remote agent module (RAM), team members can automate transactions from distributed systems. The dashboard lets stakeholders monitor corporate file transfers and transaction statuses in real-time through custom charts and performance indicators.
Enhanced File Transfer offers integration with various third-party applications such as Active Directory, Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, and more. It includes a content integrity control (CIC) module, which helps IT professionals protect files from malware attack.
