What is EnSight+?

EnSight+ is a cloud-based field service management solution for the construction, utilities, oil & gas, facilities management, and home services industries. The platform allows users to customize workflows, assign work orders, track time, approve expenses, and monitor contractors in real time.

With EnSight+, users can create custom processes for any tasks through the drag-and-drop workflow builder. The native mobile app provides workers with online and offline access to their assigned work orders from anywhere. Travel routes are automatically optimized and presented to technicians alongside job details, and evidence and confirmations for task and work order completions can be collected. Real-time data sync ensures that all users are kept up-to-date.

EnSight+ offers tools for managing contractors, including scheduling, monitoring, job status tracking, work history recording, and more. Users can also track contractor locations, assets, time spent on jobs and expenses incurred. Other features include asset and inventory management, fleet management, scheduling, routing and dispatch, quality review, and more.
